1. 90-Day Service Use Window
I understand and agree that my purchase of the Pilot Communication Audit Session must be used within 90 days of the date of payment.
If I do not book and attend my session within this 90-day window:
- the service will be considered expired,
- the booking will be treated as null and void, and
- no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided for unused or expired sessions.
This term is made pursuant to the laws of England and Wales governing service contracts and is intended to be fully enforceable as a condition of sale. By completing this purchase, I acknowledge and accept that the 90-day expiry forms a material part of the agreement between myself and the service provider.
2. 72-Hour Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
I may cancel or reschedule my session up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge.
Any cancellation or reschedule request within 72 hours of the session time is considered a Late Cancellation.
3. Late Cancellation Fee / No-Show Fee
If I cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend within 72 hours, I understand this is treated as:
- Late Cancellation, or
- No-Show (if I do not attend)
In either case, my session is forfeited and I agree to pay the Rebooking Fee of £[insert amount] if I wish to book another session.
4. Operational Delay Exception for Pilots
If I am a working pilot and unable to attend due to a verified roster change, operational delay, or airline-related disruption, I may reschedule one time without charge, provided:
- I notify the instructor as soon as reasonably possible, and
- I provide reasonable evidence of the disruption.
No exceptions apply to non-operational issues.
5. Scheduling & Attendance
I understand the session starts exactly at the scheduled time.
If I join late for any reason, the session will still end at the original end time.
No additional time will be added and no partial refunds will be issued.
6. Delivery of Service
I acknowledge that the service is delivered through a live online session, during which:
- My pronunciation, communication, ICAO phraseology, and clarity are assessed
- Personalised feedback is provided
- A report or summary may be delivered after the session (if included)
I agree that by attending the session, the service is fully delivered.
7. Recording Consent
I give permission for the session to be recorded for coaching, analysis, and quality assurance.
Recordings are confidential and will not be made public.
Refusal to be recorded must be communicated before purchase.
8. No Performance Guarantee
I understand that pronunciation and communication improvements depend on my own practice and implementation.
No results, job outcomes, or ICAO level improvements can be guaranteed.
9. Chargeback Agreement
I agree not to dispute or charge back my payment on the basis of:
- dissatisfaction with scheduling availability
- failure to attend
- misunderstanding of the reschedule/cancellation policy
- results not meeting expectations
- change in personal circumstances
I understand that all terms have been clearly provided before purchase.
10. Acceptance
By ticking the checkbox and submitting payment, I confirm that:
- I have read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions
- I agree to be legally bound by them
- I am the authorised cardholder for this payment
This agreement is effective immediately upon purchase.
